Affiliate Program Policy

This Affiliate Program Policy (“Policy”) governs participation in the CoinProp Affiliate Program (the “Program”). The Program is operated by CoinProp Ltd., a St. Lucia company (“CoinProp”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By joining the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, “your”) agree to:

• This Policy
• The Affiliate Program Agreement (separate contract provided upon registration
• The CoinProp Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

If there is a conflict between this Policy and the Affiliate Program Agreement, the Affiliate Program Agreement controls.

The Program allows approved Affiliates to earn commission for referring users to purchase CoinProp evaluation accounts or other eligible products and services, in accordance with this Policy.

To participate, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years old.
2. Have an active CoinProp account in good standing.
3. Provide accurate and complete contact and payment information.
4. Not be a “Prohibited Person” as defined in our Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to reject or terminate any application at our discretion.

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Truthful Representation – Promote CoinProp honestly and accurately.
• Compliance with Laws – Follow all applicable laws, including advertising, marketing, privacy, and anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction.
• Brand Guidelines – Use only approved CoinProp logos, graphics, and messaging.
• No Misrepresentation – Do not suggest that you are an employee, partner, or owner of CoinProp.
• Clear Disclosure – Comply with disclosure laws (e.g., FTC Endorsement Guidelines) by clearly stating that your links are affiliate links.

You must NOT:

1. Engage in false or misleading advertising.
2. Make unverified claims about CoinProp performance, payouts, or guarantees.
3. Offer your own discounts, rebates, or incentives unless approved in writing.
4. Use spam, unsolicited emails, or messages to promote CoinProp.
5. Bid on CoinProp’s trademarks or brand terms in search engine advertising without permission.
6. Use cookie stuffing, click fraud, or other deceptive tracking methods.
7. Target Prohibited Jurisdictions or Sanctioned Persons.
8. Promote CoinProp on websites with illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.

Violation of this section may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

• Affiliates will be provided with a unique referral link or code.
• Commissions are credited when a referred customer completes an eligible purchase using your link or code.
• CoinProp is not responsible for lost tracking due to user device settings, cookie deletion, or ad blockers.

• Commission rates are set forth in the Affiliate Program Agreement.
• Commissions are calculated on the net purchase price, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Payments are made in the currency and method specified in your affiliate dashboard.
• Minimum payout threshold applies (as stated in the Affiliate Program Agreement).
• Payouts are subject to verification and may be withheld for up to 30 days to prevent fraud.

• If a referred customer receives a refund, initiates a chargeback, or is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, the related commission will be reversed.
• Affiliates found to have engaged in fraudulent referral activity will be terminated from the Program and may be subject to legal action.

• All CoinProp trademarks, branding, and content remain our exclusive property.
• You may only use approved marketing materials provided in the affiliate dashboard.
• Unauthorized use may result in termination of your affiliate account and legal action.

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Policy or the Program creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and CoinProp.

CoinProp may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

• You must immediately remove all affiliate links and CoinProp branding from your channels.
• Outstanding unpaid commissions for valid referrals before termination will be paid in accordance with the Affiliate Program Agreement, unless forfeited due to policy violations.

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

This Policy is governed by the laws of St. Lucia. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in St. Lucia under the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) rules, unless otherwise required by law.
